As ERKAP A.Ş., our product safety policy is to manufacture in accordance with human emotions and by following the requirements. In line with this policy;
- To manufacture our products in accordance with hygienic conditions, product specifications and our quality standards,
- To prepare and implement periodic training plans to increase the product safety awareness of our personnel and thus to be an exemplary facility in the sector by ensuring that they contribute to continuous improvement activities,
- To fulfill the legal obligations that must be implemented by taking into account national and international food legislation in the packaging production industry, to systematically control all components and production stages of the product,
- To ensure all processes from the preparation of the products to their shipment to the customer, cleaning and health conditions within the framework of quality product standards and to inform the personnel in this regard,
- To evaluate the risks in the business product realization / storage and shipment processes, to take protective measures and to ensure food safety and human health.
- Our food safety policy is to be foresighted against external dangers and to take the necessary precautions.
